I wanna say a special thanks to Ms. Natalia Rivera as she gracefully helped me to get an appointment and even more information about the doctors and resources. Before I had the pleasure of meeting her I was having a really hard time calling the clinic and get someone over the phone that could help me. So I truly believe that is essential to have more people like Ms. Rivera on the network as she was so polite, kind and professional while helping me. Outstanding!

Erica Baker did an amazing job getting me and my family the help and resources we needed. Communication was key. She always responded immediately to questions and communicated with our parks office staff. She is a very compassionate individual with a huge heart and we can't thank her enough.

I was suspicious and guarded when I first spoke to your representative (Danelle). I was truly overwhelmed with my assorted situations to the point it was taking a toll on my physical and emotional health. When Erica entered the conversation, I agreed to allow her to proceed with applying for assistance, never expecting anything to materialize. She knew the details and acted upon them immediately and with genuinely great concern. I felt like I must be dealing with someone who saw me as their grandmother, and wanted any and all resources focused on me. I had no idea of the options which she offered. She gave me clearly explicit and direct instructions and walked me through each step from application to required forms, with the urgency of getting things done quickly. I can never express how thankful I am for her and her colleague providing this unexpected care for me. Feeling small and inconsequential and abandoned and alone in a life changing darkness was overwhelming, and then there was a reassuring light that grew brighter with each conversation. Erica was reassuring and warm and understanding and so incredibly helpful! It was like she was born to lead folks to assistance. These employees are gems, and they say volumes about MCR and it's personnel. Thank you is the best I can offer, although I feel like I owe so very much more.

Erica was a god send! The hurricane caused great hardship for me and my family and she went above and beyond to help us and put us in a position to win. I’ve never been able to talk to someone so freely without judgement and she was right there I am very thankful that she made a difficult time easy and took a weight off my shoulders.

Erica (my angel) helped me and my younger brother more than she knows and I can't believe how she was able to help us so much,I never thought going to the doctors office would be so beneficial in so many ways! The mortgage help made it possible to go back and forth to Tampa everyday for cancer treatment and they can't cut off our lights this month which is a huge relief!!! Thank you so very much for all of your help Erica my angel!!!!
