We are expanding our executive leadership team in our Revenue Cycle Department. This role will need to be a key leader for strategic & operational Revenue Cycle oversight and its optimization. This leader will be responsible for all medical billing, coding, and accounts receivable operations and workflows.

Aspart of this role, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and direct all business operations of the Revenue Cycle department
  • Create strategic & operational plans to define, monitor, communicate, and optimize the Revenue Cycle departmental performance, productivity, and revenue against established KPIs
  • Oversee and administer the financial management operations for the Revenue Cycle department including but not limited to: financial planning, budget development& monitoring, financial forecasting, and benchmarking

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,Accounting, or related field required (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 10+ years’ experience in a revenue cycle leadership role required
  • 5+ years’ experience in large, multidisciplinary outpatient care health system(s) required (FQHC experience preferred)
  • Strong, in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices including: Medical billing, coding, collections, managed care products, regulatory compliance, payor enrollment/credentialing, and financial reporting
  • Solid financial management skills including: Budgeting, forecasting,trending, benchmarking, and financial analysis of organizational and departmental performance to established key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Executive presence that is polished in both personal appearance and interactions
  • Ability to lead, influence, and work collaboratively with others
  • Leadership courage & humility to drive outcomes that are best for the organization
  • Systems’ thinking and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, projects, and demands with a sense of urgency and positivity
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships throughout all levels of the organization
  • Champion new initiatives, serve as a catalyst for change, and influence others to accept and embrace change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Valid driver license required with the ability to move between sites as needed to oversee, observe, and monitor operations
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
